Epi Glass

Louis Vuitton, Lenox Square Atlanta

The Epi Glass façade is a unique innovation in glass and metal work. Each glass strip is sliced on a slopping wave. Blue Water Glass fused these pieces with steel waves using a laminate adhesive. This fusion was a critical breakthrough for us as many have attempted this process, but Blue Water Glass was able to create a stable connection without damaging the glass or metal waves.

Rodeo Drive

Chanel

The new flagship is finally here! The largest Chanel boutique in the USA opened in April 2023. This project was by far one of our most ambitious projects to date. Our Custom BIM model was the key to bringing each unique design element together. Rodeo Drive has a striking white neo-perie exterior of which is cut by our glass cavity extending up through each floor. The geometric mineral structure complements the oasis like spaces emphasized by the interior and exterior gardens.

For the Opening to the Penthouse Terrace, Blue Water Glass designed and installed our oversized automatic sliding windows. Each window is set onto a motorized track bordered with a thin black steel frame. The windows open to fully merge the exterior and interior spaces on command.

Nashville on Broadway

The Apple Nashville location features Blue Water Glass’s pre-fabricated stainless steel canopy over beautiful 30’ Jumbo IGU units. Each 10,500 pound unit was installed using our custom built glass manipulating installation system.

As part of of our commitment to delivering the highest quality product many components of each project are pre-fabricated in our studio. This projects Canopy was built in four, 20’ long sections in-house then shipped from our studio across the country to the jobsite.

Saks 5th Avenue

Epi Metal

At Blue Water Glass we take a custom approach to every project. From start to finish each piece of this pattern was fabricated in our studio. The Epi Metal panels went through many iterations of design in pursuit of a seamless finish. The final iteration came to a really beautiful fusion of aluminum and steel. Each piece of steel cradles thin metal ribbons giving the illusion of interlocking waves. This pattern allowed us to have flexibility when custom fitting it to perfectly envelop the storefront.

Fins

Hudson Yards

The Fin design started with the challenge of being able to display a beautiful design that draws customers to the beautiful storefront behind it. We went through several 3D designs that created a mesh across the glazing, but it was clear that would obstruct the view too much. That is when we stared to think about the project differently. Instead of literally cutting shapes of the Louis Vuitton emblem we were able to make a dynamic façade that plays with the reflection of light on each wave.

South Coast Plaza

Louis Vuitton

The South Coast Plaza storefront is an organic mesh fit into custom Blue Water Glass anodized steel framing. Each Panel is designed to be removed for custom lighting access. This façade features a large Ginzo box with mitered creating a unique display space. All of the anodized steel is painted with a living color patina bronze finish. This gives the frame a dynamic look that changes with the the lighting.

King of Prussia

For this Louis Vuitton location, Blue Water Glass installed and fabricated a storefront that would compliment a beautiful mesh design. Each panel of mesh is mitered on 3 angles to guide users into the storefront.
